ISA transfer from Virgin to Vida Savings
I requested a transfer of my Virgin ISA Flexi 3 account on 16th August.
It was very efficient and quick and I now (2 days later in 18th August) have a Vida ISA account with £21904 in it. (My last record of the Virgin ISA was £21354)
However, details old account at Virgin have completed disappeared. I have no record it ever existed, I have no statements and Virgin never messaged me or acknowledged the transfer was taking place.
The last interest added to my Virgin ISA was in December 2025 so I have no idea how this figure of £21904 was obtained.
Is this normal for Virgin? Surely I should have some record of this transfer and what the balance of my Virgin ISA was when it was closed, how much interest was added and for what period.
Anyone else experienced something similar with Virgin?

Been a while since I closed a VM ISA but I'm pretty sure I did receive a closing statement by post.

The difference between the balances you state works out to about 3.87% annualised so it doesn’t sound beyond the realms of possibility that it’s, as you’d expect, just your closing interest.
