No, the law says a contract is not binding on a minor unless its a contract of necessity
Have you ever seen a kid turned away when they are using their pocket money to buy a comic? Thats a contract of sale thats not a necessity and the merchant is happy to take the risk because they get the cash up front.

Professional indemnity basically covers advice and typically excludes direct physical damage or bodily injury, whilst there could be a claim if poor aftercare advice was given there is limited scope for claims… for a permanent tattoo it would also cover mispelling etc but something that fades in a couple of weeks any claim would be below the excess anyway.
