Passport expiry

Hi

Hoping for some help re my passport expiry date and when i will need to update my passport.M y current passport says date of issue 26th April 17, date of expiry is 26th June 27. I am due to fly to Spain in early October and then again in December, would this be ok or do I need to renew before these trips' Many Thanks for any advice

Passport validity requirements

Your passport must: 

• have a ‘date of issue’ less than 10 years before the date you arrive – if you renewed your passport before 1 October 2018, it might have a date of issue that is more than 10 years ago, making it invalid for entry to the Schengen area
  
• have an ‘expiry date’ at least 3 months after the day you plan to leave the Schengen area (the expiry date does not need to be within 10 years of the date of issue)

With your current passport you can arrive in any Schengen country up to 25 Apr 2027, but you must plan to leave by 27 March 2027 (so thats effectively your arrival date too).
