Well yes, I wasnt catering my reply for every single phone. A lot of phones dont have the ability to hold two SIM cards. But you get my point though.

Most UK mobile connections seamlessly roam internationally and receive SMS / 2FA globally without charge.

There is zero requirement (for most UK residents) to only have access to a non-UK mobile number.
