Hi all, Received today a parking charge notice to keeper from UKPA, no letter to driver as licence plate recognition cameras were used. Have attached images but breakdown is as follows: Parking took place 28th July in Livingston, Scotland. Delivered today, 11th August. Reason for charge notice is non-payment. After…

And the misleadingly written drivel about the Road Traffic Act, plus use of the niche acronym 'non-POFA' with no explanation, which means nowt to most people and yet they've used it to pretend that the keeper has 28 days to name the driver.
It's codswallop!
This notice can be ignored in Scotland as things stand, because you don't have keeper liability coming in until 2027. Do absolutely nothing unless you want to see if the retailer will cancel it to stop the laughable threatograms.
