Talk talk not paying gift card reward
Hi, anyone experienced similar?
Signed up for talktalk in Jan after readying about an offer on MSE where they give you £100 Amazon gift card.
The gift card never arrived so I've contacted Giftcloud who just keep saying that it's with their team for manual verification. That's been going on since the end of May.
Has anyone encountered this, and been able to resolve it? Is contacting talktalk likely to speed it up?

Answering my own question in case anyone else has this problem. I've just been on to Talktalks live chat and explained the situation and asked how I escalate it. They have now agreed to credit my account with £100.
Next step, if they hadn't been helpful would have been to email them with a formal complaint and threaten to raise it with CISAS which I beleive would have cost them more than £100
