Best deal for a teenager
Options
I am totally bewildered after spending hours trying to research the best deal for my two teenagers, they have phones and are PAYG, phones unlocked, at the moment they are topping up as and when they have spare pocket money (which isn't very often) and very often have no credit to call us when they are out and about and need to contact us.
We have tried keeping pocket money back and buying airtime for them with it but its gone within hours so thats not the answer.
Any suggestions would be welcome
Thank you

my kids are on orange payg, if they top up £10 then the following month they get 300 texts, so if they top up a tenner every month then they will get the texts, i know its not talk time but at least they can contact you, you can also buy talk time as well (called an extra) and it will save you a bit more money
hope this helpswins so far:- absolutely nothing, not even an arguement:mad:0 -
My 4 kids are on o2, if they top up £10 per month they get 300 free txts and then they have the o2 numbers which gives them 1000 txts/mins to any 10 o2 numbers for £5 per month. So for a £10 top up they get 300 txts and 1000 txts/mins and still have £5 credit in their phones.0

Further to that after the first month of 300 free texts for £10 monthly top up they can change their free allowance of 300 free texts to either 50 anytime minutes or 100 offpeak minutes or 500 minutes from a nominated postcode.0
