No, you must use the word ERASE as it has a special and specific meaning when related to data.

I have emailed both DCBL and Euro Car Parks to requset to Erase any old addresses - Euro have confirmed back but DCBL have not as of yet 👍️

I did also send a recorded letter to Euro disputing the fact that it should have been a PCN in the 1st place, Will keep you posted if any replies received 👍️

Afternoon all, No major updates. ECP sent me a latter back as attached. They stated that I should have appealed wihin 28 days of the PCN but I did not receive an initial letter. My letter to them stated that it should not have been a PCN in the 1st instance as I paid within 3.5 minutes of entering the car park and left within the 10 minute grace period. This obviously fell on deaf ears see attached

I'm glad you have provided your evidence to the CMA that ECP are still pursuing claims where the PCN was issued to a paying patron who didn't overstay, with the auto-PCN only being generated because ECP didn't allow any consideration period.

Please email the CMA again with any ref they gave you and attach these latest two letters, which prove ECP and DCB are not pausing debt recovery or reissuing PCNs where they know the keeper didn't receive the PCN and thus could not have appealed within the arbitrary 28 days. They are doing this because the self-serving Joint Code lets them.
