Sorry - missed this reply - Didn't appear to be a Glowmarkt issue, although they helped resolve. The WAN was up and communicating with the DCC - BUT they believed that for some unknown reason my comms hub /meters had stopped sending information - it's all sorted now and all the missing data was restored without any physical intervention.

How did you/they know that the WAN was up and communicating @brewerdave? Anything that I can learn that might help me should I encounter another outage is of interest.
