    NSL+ are listed and NSL Limited appears to be a subsidary of Marston.
    This means Marston are using the NSL AOS membership and the notice should have come from NSL company number 06033060 which is what is on the signs.

    So what do i do? Rental company is expecting a £50 admin payment for processing this notice to the rentee as well.

    Well you just appeal it as hirer. Nothing new: this is in NEWBIES PLEASE READ THESE FAQS FIRST with a particular appeal for hired vehicle cases.

    Then you'd repeat that appeal at POPLA but add the point that the NTK is issued by a different company than on the contract.

    Appeal was sent on 8 August via online portal.

    Nothing received since then.

    Should i expect a response? Id like one, to send to rental company to request refund of admin charge.
