You are having a laugh, obviously.
London's ULEZ zone was expanded to include all London boroughs in August 2023. It was all over the media. There was (and still is) a simple online tool to check a vehicle's compliancy or otherwise. It takes about 30 seconds.
Are you suggesting the dealer was at fault for not making this simple check for you?
