well decided to leave Sky (jumping up to £49 in Oct) which is always interesting when you tell them your leaving.. phoned they said NO DEALS, within seconds of putting phone down got email offering the deal for new customers £23.. but my other issue is when looking for a new deal example Vodafone offers full fibre deals but if you can not get full fibre you can not get the best deals.. also can only hope that you get the extras (gift cards) via online as when ringing Vodafone they do not know anything about extras.. always fun doing all this research into swapping over.. 😬

It shouldn't be a surprise that you need to be in an area with full fibre in order to be offered full fibre!

Have you used a comparison site or are you looking directly at the ISPs websites? A comparison site will use your address so you're only offered services that are available to you (with occasional mistakes, granted).

Full fibre was one of the options offered to me on the MSE comparison site, even though there's no full fibre in my area.

My searches included some really cheap FTTP deals but after clicking through I notice they are for a small area
of London which is 95miles+ from my location.
