Santander- No Response
HI,
I've used MSE template for compensation claim to a couple of Finance companies. Black Horse have been brilliant and regularly in touch.
Santander though, no acknowledgement - nothing, sent numerous emails to 2 different emails and then Customer Service to request advice in lack of response. Anyone else had this...and advice on what else to do/ options?

There's no hurry for a reply. You may as well wait until the scheme is opened and resubmit it when it is. Until then, even if they did reply, it would be sitting in a pile with no action taken against it
