Harry Potter fan here - how could you tell 😉

I've been here before under another username but needed a fresh start so here we are!

I'm in debt at the moment but it's on a 0% credit card and I've got a good plan to pay that off within the 21 months.

I've also got my mortgage for my wee flat which I'm planning to pay off in the next 4 years - I am throwing everything I can at it right now.

Some other things I want to get sorted out are;

• Decluttering - I have too much stuff. Some I can sell and the rest I need to just get rid of but it's so hard. Get this little bit of hoarding from my Mum.
• Weight - I've been a bit of a chunk for a LONG time. I start and stop and do it again but I do need to get this under control while I can. In my 40's now so not as easy.
• OAP Funds - Once I am debt and mortgage free I need to get a good financial plan in place to save what I can for my OAP days.

I work 2 jobs at the moment so don't really have any time to do anything else to make any more money and I'm pretty fixed with what I can pay to who.

My bills are all scaled back as far as they can be, I live alone and have done for the past 3 years so I've picked through all of them to see what I can get rid of or reduce so feel like I'm in a good place with that.

Feel better already now that I'm back on here.

@in_need_of_direction - I love it too. Going to dig out the HP books and re-read them so that I can watch all the movies in the winter. Best time to watch them.

Just had dinner, dogs are now sleeping and I've got some work to finish up before my day is done.

Also changing my name so need to draw up my statutory declaration so that I can have 2 witnesses sign and date it. Then the process of getting it changed everywhere begins.

Statutory declaration sorted out, just need to get it printed and signed by my 2 witnesses.

Just got an email to confirm I'll be getting £50 from Y Live for a survey cash out so I'll put that towards a break I've got booked in March 2027. Need to sit down and work out how much I need to pay per month. I'm sure it needs to be paid by February? I'll contact them tomorrow to double check because I can't remember my log in and the reset password link on their site isn't working.

Work done finally - time to chill for a bit.

Oh it's rainy rainy today and there will be no let up at all.

Hopefully I don't get swept away in a puddle.

I'll be outside for at least 5hrs today between walking B&L and my clients dogs! My dehumidifier will be working OT to try and dry the coats throughout the day.

Just filled in a survey with the Co-Op, they said I could win £100 so fingers crossed.

I'm going to head to the library soon to print off my statutory regulation but first I am going to drink my coffee and eat a brownie that's been in my cupboard for weeks and goes out of date today.

I'm gonna read the first HP book later on, I actually love them all and the movies. I've not read or watched them in years.
