Sky q box. Keeps crashing Blue screen
My Sky q box keeps crashing as it freezes and a blue screen screen shows. Constantly have to disconnect and reboot Works fora while the crashes again when watching any Sky channel, Trying to speak to a sky representative and getting any sense from the is impossible. Perhaps others are experiencing the same issue

More probably they are not… Unless all PSB broadcasts (BBC and ITV) are OK and only the encrypted $ky ones are an issue.
$ky CS used to be OK for contact? Check out the $ky Community Forum where there'll be many more $ky users online than here.
After that it's a formal COMPLAINT time with $ky?
Ask to cancel (assuming out of contract)… that may also get 'attention' from $ky.
You can buy a freesat box to replace the Q, provided the dish, LNB and cables are OK.

As far as I'm aware, a faulty Q box will still be replaced FOC - although they will, no doubt, TRY to convince you to "upgrade" to Stream!

Just insist on a replacement box, I've had to do that a few times.
