Dobbies - wrong furniture sent - what would you do?

The post you're replying to is mine (I'm not the OP) and I too was questioning why they couldn't get the "long bar" in their car. This is what they said. I hadn't looked at the assembly instructions, I was only going by what they had posted and offering a potential soltuion.
We cannot get the furniture in either of our vehicles (even dismantled,
the long bar of the two seater is too big for my hatchback) and would
have to use something like AnyVan which is going to cost a bomb. I don't
really think this should be something where the onus is on us to do.Thrifty Till 50 Then Spend Till the End
