I don't need to, it is notorious on this forum and @ParkingMad was in touch with the locals who were trying to fight back.

Have you lodged the specific DPO complaint with OPS? My advice remains the same:

"lodge a complaint with their DPO.

Under Code of Practice rules, they also had to respond to your appeal within 28 days and they probably did email you (look in your junk emails). But you still don't pay them and certainly not the debt crawler.

    Please show the PCN"

PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

I did lodge a complaint with their DPO at the end of last month. So far, no response.

(They're supposed to respond within two weeks but this has just elapsed).

    I never received a PCN. I received:

an NTK, dated 28 May 2026, received some days later

a letter from ZZPS, dated 17 July 2026, received some days later (I think 22 July), titled: "ACTION REQUIRED: OUTSTANDING BALANCE"

other letters, e.g. oneparking solution telling me to deal with ZZPS.

So, no PCN and therefore I can't show it to you (but are these boilerplate or do these companies insert little identification markers?)

    No letter of claim yet.

The original NTK is the PCN, which you said came 5 days later, so you already have it and coupon mad asked you to post a redacted picture of that NTK PCN

    I didn't know that a NTK was a PCN.

I said the NTK was dated 28 May, 2026 and received some days later.

Since the original scan was to pdf and redacting pdf doesn't destroy the hidden text, I've taken multiple snips of the scanned document, apologies.

(As per my original post, the parking was paid before I exited the park and I have this ticket, and I provided this evidence immediately on receiving the NTK but they never responded to that which they claim they will respond to. It may have landed in junk mail but the acknowledgment from their DPO - dataprotection@oneparking.co.uk - did not land in my junk mail. It wouldnt surprise me if they just ignored it).

Companies have 30 days to respond to Subject Access Requests, but they should have acknowledged receipt by return.
