Stellantis Finance
Got a response today for a complaint i put in with a Motor Finance agreement. The agreement was taken out in 2013 (details from equifax) with Northridge. They merged with Stellantis in 2021 and response from them was. Contact details haven;t changed. have i any redress?
This could be for a number of reasons, including:
- The contact details provided don't match the information we hold for any finance agreements in our records.
- The finance agreement was not provided by Stellantis Financial Services.

Half your post seems to be missing, can you paste whatever it was you tried to?
If they are saying they that they don't have any details for you then there isn't much you can do except hope there is some allowance in the eventual final agreement to check against cases they do have details for.
