Correct. But I did get stung there a few weeks earlier and paid up. That's why I'm so careful there now. They have me down as spending over 2 hours; the limit is 90 minutes. The only time I'm over an hour is after school finishes (they claim it was much earlier in the day) when my kids go to the soft play there. Even then I put my reg in the at reception to avoid this and park in the blue badge spot as my kids are disabled. I remember being at the country park, and my timeline backs me up, for about the same time window as they UKPC claim. But they 'show' my vehicle entering and leaving. Trying to see if the country park can help.
