Civil Enforcement - Starbucks
Hi All, Really hope you can help.
Had a meeting at a local starbucks and did not notice the parking signs from Civil Enforcement. Also, as I was meeting others, I went straight to thier table, and they bought the coffee so I didnt see the screen at the til to put vehicle info in. Over stayed the 90 minute limit by 11 minutes.
Do we have any chance of appealing?
