IG February cashback offer

Hi, carefully followed all the criteria for the advertised offer back in February to gain up to £200 cash back but can’t see anything in my account yet.

Has anyone had this ?

The T&Cs say “by 30th July”. I suppose they could have meant “by the end of July”.

I don’t usually ask AI for information but Gemini says that waiting until the very last minute is typical of IG…

Just had confirmation of the bonus that will be added by August 3rd

This is the e mail received from IG:

You opened your IG account, invested, and stayed active. Which means you now get your deposit match reward, equal to your first deposit amount capped at £200.

Due to unprecedented demand, payments may take a little longer than usual. You'll receive your reward by 3 August. Apologies for the delay.

Keep an eye on your general investment account, as we’ll be adding your reward. Please note if you don't have a general investment account open, there will be a delay in payment.
