  • NSD today but I think August is going to go off track as I’m FINALLY being moved to safety 🥳🥳🥳🥳 as the new rental doesn’t come with carpets or anything, I’m going to have to hunt for cheap off cuts etc. thank heavens I have furniture with me here.

    - When bought house £315,995 mortgage debt and end date at start = October 2039 - now £211,813
    - OPs to mortgage = £19,809 Estd. interest saved = £10,180 to date
    c. 16 months reduction in term
    Fixed rate 3.85% ends October 2030

    @ThriftyPrincess40 that's great news, don't worry too much about the challenge if it's too much to juggle & hope everything works out in the new place. image.png If you wanted to change the target to something a bit more achievable in the circumstances, that might make sense? Either way, it's up to you xx

  • Today is NSD number 2, and somehow I’m absurdly pleased about it. I do have a dental appointment for a filling today, but that’s already budgeted for so I won’t count it as a spend. What im aiming for is reduced leakage of £££££££££ 🙄
