No, these are easy to see off even by trying the 'bent' IAS. The lack of extra signs are a clear breach of the Code of Practice.

Is there a template we could follow, I noticed there was an original one on the post? That would be great to have, so I can send it of tomorrow. Just to remind myself, am I best appealing with them directly and then to the IAS.

That's what you have to do, parking firm first.
Yes of course there's an appeal template in the pinned Announcement thread called NEWBIES PLEASE READ THESE FAQS FIRST, that everyone is urged to read before posting. No link. See my signature.

Am I best just using the “one template that fits all” which doesn’t tell them who’s driving? At the start of the this specific threat, OP has provided there own template explaining the break in practice with new restrictions, and also the timelines as well.

Respectfully @mrcheese1878, you should start your own thread please (ask a MSE Admin - hit red Report button - to lift your posts from here and place in a new thread) as this thread is starting to deflect away from helping the OP.
You will get bespoke advice in your own thread. Thank you.
Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .

Apologies, I was only adding on as it relates to the exact same carpark and situation as OP.

But, from many years of experience, threads will drift, with no one knowing to whom some of the replies/advice applies. Once more than one motorist starts seeking advice in the thread, others can very quickly join in with their queries, then it’s like a bowl of spaghetti to unravel. We’re very happy to advise on your own thread …. and we’ll discourage anyone else from jumping in with their own questions! 👍
