In the defence section you pointed me to in Announcements it states:
You should also cc in the info@ address for the legals acting for the Claimant (not the parking firm - unless they aren't using a solicitor)
What do you mean here, CC the. info@! address? Which one would that be in this case do you know?
All I can see as an alternative email is: claimsmanager@ce……
Thanks, in advance 🙏0 -
CEL are not using legals, their own in-house litigation department are dealing with it direct
So the advice given has to be taken in context, tailored to the facts
DCB LEGAL are using a generic info@ email address, but DCB LEGAL aren't involved in this case, neither are B W LEGAL, or Gladstones Solicitors, or Moorside Legal, or OAK LEGAL, so no third party lawyers
So you are dealing with CEL themselves, so must use valid CEL litigation addresses to contact CEL
These email addresses have been posted numerous times in other threads on here
As for the CNBC, use the DQ email address in the 8 steps, attaching your completed N180 pdf

office@ce-service.co.uk
Legal3@ce-service.co.uk
complaints@ce-service.co.uk
claimsmanager@ce-service.co.uk
dataprotectionofficer@ce-service.co.ukThe above have all proved successful in the past

File what?
You are not filing a WS yet and had no reason to ring the CNBC who also had no reason to tell you to file anything.
PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
