I've been shot in the eye by my son's transformer weapon. I'm clutching ice to it but it's rather swollen! Ouch, ouch, ouch!

    I've been ever so good today. I've;

    1) Cleaned dining room floor
    2) Cleaned hall floor
    3) Cleaned kitchen floor
    4) Hoovered stairs
    5) Got children to hoover upstairs
    6) Got DD to clean out guinea pigs
    7) Helped DS find homes for most of his birthday presents
    8) Fitted felt pads to dining room chairs
    9) Cooked stew in the slow cooker
    10) Sorted out washing.
And it's a Sunday too. This should make it easier during the week (in theory).

    Ouch my eye hurts! xx

    Afternoon all

AnW'smum glad you had a fab bargin time - I lvoe ice skating, wish we still had a rink nearby

Shell - cut the guilt girl - you are just a mother not Mother Teressa. She will get heaps on invites in her life and she will not be able to go to them all so good to learn early. Let her go to ones that are convenient for you and the little one to stay at but don't take a day off work

Soappie - excellent ebay news - don't flood the market or the buyers might get wise

Embb - hugs hun, chin up - you need some sunshine

Feeling tired. Spent the morning at DS2 football - it was really cold but at least my lovely new half price clarkes snow boots (girls) keep my feet toasty.

Tom soup cooking, homemade bugers for tea at OH request which is good as I had mince and rolls in the freezer.

Played shops with DS3 for ages and ages but he enjoyed it.
Need to check my list and get on with dinner.

Could've been worse lil_me - you could have put the sausages in the loo with your socks biggrin.gif
The way today is going that wouldn't suprise me at all, I did check the bin, my car keys were in the breadbin !!!!!!

Was just saying to DP on Friday it's the longest we've had a dinner service for without breaking any, until DS1 just decided he hated his brother, flung a plate at him and it broke. Only question now is which one do I kill first  Ok DEEP breathing, count to 10, calm!!!!:mad::mad::mad::mad::mad:

LJD1 ouchy!! Hope it doesn't bruise.

Change of plan, after cleaning the broken plate up I've started their dinner so I can get them sorted earlier for bed, I think DS2s tired as he was up at 5am, DS1 was up from half past I know I am after being woken up then. I'll sort the laundry out while I get them bathed etc then they WILL help put it away. DP phoned to say he's on his way home, told me I am comfort eating (which I probably am as the 4 times he's phoned I've been eating something) and probably tired (ha no sh*t sherlock! How observant of him. I've had less than 4 hours sleep so doesn't take an expert to work that one out!!!) Dinner, reading, laundry bath (and nails, may aswell when they are in bad moods anyway) and bed. That sounds like a plan.

Going to post next weeks thread in a mo while I am waiting for dinner to finish.

The Dragon sorry, have now replied, didn't see it
One day I might be more organised...........

LJD - hope the mog is better soon - poor thing

Tracey - I have found short journeys on my bike (really short) great at getting me fitter - could you get a seat for the little one and go out for 15 minute cycles - mine loved this and it saves exercising in the precious time when they are asleep/being minded

Dusty - I think mog is feeling a bit better because she ate some breakfast about five minute ago. She is usually telling us how hungry she is within minutes of eating so it's unlike her to be off her food. DD says she's been cuddling up to the guinea pigs without looking at them like they're a snack so she's def got chin ache, bless her.

Likklegibbon - it doesn't hurt now...it's gone numb - probably the ice!

I forgot to say, i'm being a grown up tonight and going out to the cinema. We're going to see I Legend (is that the name of a film?). Apparently it's very scary and I don't do scary so should be interesting. Still, it means I get out. Probably shouldn't go seeing as though we've only got £25 to last the month. Lets hope I get a few new clients phoning up! Still, i've got food in the freezer so we won't starve though the children will probably think that they are.

Lil-me - glad you found your sausages. I've lost my hat and gloves if anyone finds them can they let me know xx
