Awww, Poohbear, did you keep hold of the tooth to put under your pillow for the tooth fairy?
But I sympathise, I know what it's like and it ain't nice! Just take it easy for the rest of the day - you don't want you're blood pressure to rise. Follow the instructions about swilling with salt water to the T.

jue.. I tip the juice from the SC into a saucepan and make the gravy in there.
The chook I slice an egg flipper under its back end and a slotted spoon under the front end and lift straight onto a plate.. leave to cool for a few minutes and dissect.. very little left for anything after my lot have scarfed it... I also cook it upside down to make the most of the juices in the breast.. stops the meat being so dry.LB moment 10/06 Debt Free date 6/6/14Hope to be debt free until the day I dieMortgage-free Wannabee (05/08/30)6/6/14 £72,454.65 (5.65% int.)08/12/2023 £33602.00 (4.81% int.)0 -
Poohbear - ouch and hugs regarding the tooth. When I had mine out last year I put it under my pillow and told my hubby it was worth a fiver or else. I got it too!!
AnW's Mum - that made me laugh so much...can you imagine if I ripped her cards up and said 'but you didn't get any presents' - she'd kill me!
Soappie - Yeahhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh! How sad are we that we get so excited about mending a dyson. I was so chuffed because I managed to fix it myself without involving DH. I feel we have bonded over an appliance today, pmsl. Oh, that sounds a little dodgy! My children now think i'm mad because i'm laughing so much!!!
1) Send all thankyou cards from christmas!
2) Pick up pressie for DS from friend
3) Give bathroom a quick swipe as it's totally yuck!
4) Vaccuum upstairs
5) Pick up children from mums (or should I leave this one till later in the week!)January budget

Big hugs poohbear, on both the awful dentist experience and the house invasion of kitchen men.
I'm home from my little jaunt with my mum and have just put her on the train home. We stayed at my brothers long enough to see the baby sleeping and awake, sniffed him, squished him, took pictures, ate cakes..I'm very awkward with tiny babies and not maternal but he is a very beautiful little boy!
There looked like there was a motivation problem early in the day but you all seem to have found some oomph from somewhere. Well done on striking those lists in your many half hour challenges. Just think, if you weren't on here it would probably all still want doing..
Shell, even if you found a different weekend job where you had people to work with it would be preferable to spending Sundays on your own and might open up some new social circles. I feel for you.
Likklegibbon, that must've been the last baby of the year and I bet you'e itching to visit! I can't think of anything other than mum pamper stuff already suggested , maybe some handmade vouchers for 1 hour slots of watching the baby while she has a bath or a snooze or something?
embb..ooer! mailed you TWICE? Wow! A coffee date wouldn't harm, especially if he's hot. What an ego boost to be persued by a hot local bloke! You will, of course, have to tell us all about it.
Flying? I managed a scoot round the livingroom with the vacc this morning and ..that's all. I'm going for tea or making tea with Mr Messy tomorrow evening so I might do half an hour somewhere else in the house then find some paperwork as I know I'm due an upgrade with O2 (they never remind you do they) and see what deals I can find to threaten them to match. Ditto BT for my broadband in a month or so. That's enough to be going on with. Half hour challenge 7.30 - 8 anyone? I need more tea first. One debt v 100 days Part 14 £400/£400

Oh bum! I want to do HHC, but the baby just decided she needs a breastfeed RIGHT THIS INSTANT! She said it in that tone of voice, too.
Very busy on the flying front today. Out of routine, but we did the whole big bedroom. Four hours later (with both DH and I on the case) and it nearly looks like a real bedroom again.
Lots to put on ebay again, can't wait for the payoff. xxx0 -
Well done Rosh12 I bet you're starting to see a difference already. Keep it up!
Maralum - can't you ask her politely if she'll wait half an hour? You wish! I remember when my two wanted feeding it always had to be NOW! Mind you, my DD is still like that and she's 8 - I don't mean breast feeding now incase any of you saw that programme last year, I just mean regular food!January budget
