He will honestly be fine - despite the incompetent paperwork incident first thing! I can't believe how unorganised they were when you dropped him off......... I work in a vets and that would never happen when dropping pets off for ops. You need calm owners that can give you the info, like checking contact numbers, without getting too upset.
He will be fine - it's a really quick op - literally twist and snip and a couple of stitches. It only takes about 15 minutes but we always keep them till they're around from their anaesthetic properly before we let them go. You probably know all the plus points already like he won't get old man problems or cancer in that area because the bits aren't there!! :D
Let us know how he is later. xx

Oh I know that. It is the best thing for them, I do believe that all dog's should be neutered and that breeding should be regulated etc. Plus, I don't call him Oddity for nothing and his genes should not be passed on, the world isn't ready! His name is Odie btw.

But he is MY PUPPY! And I'm allowed to get all weepy, when he isn't here that is, when he is here it will be all 'Best thing for you dog, now don't go getting feeling sorry for yourself'. And I MISS HIM! Keep going to the back door to shout him in... it's so quiet without him... even if he an irritating little sod most of the time...

Phone calls all done, there were loads! Car filled with bags, had to slam the boot shut to stop them falling out!

Hubby home for a long lunch between bus shifts...

You've all been busy - my computer won't let me thank or read half of the posts! I went to do half my tasks in town but forgot to take my business banking and forgot to get the passport form. I am fed up of being disorganised so I bought a dodo planner for half price at waterstones. I will right everything in there for the family so I stop losing the plot. I'll go back into town when I pick my mum up to get her feet done...yikes, i'm picking her up in an hour!

Right, i'm going to clean windows and shine floors or is that the other way round? Have a fab day xx

Forgot to put earlier, neither DH nor I have passports but DD renewed hers last year so she's OK. DS is supposed to be doing his but he doesn't live here so it's not my problem!

Just went through baking cupboard and got rid of a couple of out of date things and tidied it up. Emptied bin after that, now it's stopped raining for a while. Still really windy but it's nice to see the sun.

Really feel as though I'm into the new year now. Feeling weepy and everything, just like normal.....

    Congratulations to Aunty Solway!

Extended coffee break here, as I'm supposed to be varnishing woodwork, it's a job I dislike, and so can easily think of other things to do instead! I'm in for this week, but will be doing minimum on the daily list, as my main priority is the redecorating of the bedroom.

    Today I have:
sanded down all the polyfilla'd bits
    removed the curtain rail
    swept up again...
    three loads of washing
cleaned the sink in the kitchen
    polished the table
relocated all sorts of odds and ends

I had one of those vanishing posts yesterday - all my efforts lost! I was only wittering on about our trip to Ikea on Saturday - we have ordered a wardrobe! And all the lovely interior fittings as well! I've waited long enough for this wardrobe, so I was determined to have exactly what I wanted. We also mysteriously came home with a bootful of other bits that weren't on the original list:confused:

OH is throwing wobblies all the time because he can't cope with having all his belongings in large plastic bags - and I'm not being at all helpful, as I'm hoping it will motivate him to fit the wardrobe as soon as possible. It isn't delivered until the 18th though, and before then I have to dejunk enough space in the garage to store all the boxes. Busy two weeks ahead I think. He's also having a few digs about me getting rid of all his car magazines - which he agreed I could. Every opportunity, he's said things like 'Oh, you really enjoy throwing things away, especially when it's MY things', or 'You haven't thrown away all of your stuff, just mine has to go I suppose...' Not related to your OH is he Tia??! I'm doing a lot of tongue biting, and being 'reasonable', but not for much longer...

*Passports all up to date, and locked in the mini safe I bought OH for Christmas.*

lol it's one of those days for posting, serena you'll be over the 500 mark today ;)

Arghhhhhhhh the leappad has broken  think the wire for the 'pen' is knackered. Had it in bits and can see no other faults. Santa brought W the cars book for it so really want to replace it as it will get some hammer. So reserved one at argos for £14.99 and for nectar points which will knock a further £2.50 off.
