Here’s a slightly different solution…. Could you help her do her SOA finances with a view to helping her to find a place to rent? If she’s only a little bit short, maybe you and the rest of the family could chip in with the difference - at least to get her in place. Might be a worthwhile expenditure for all parts of the family1 -
Moving in with you is not removing the problem.
Was she paying rent before moving in with family?
Has she had to budget before?Or, is this something she has not had to do before and therefore needs help to do it?
