Yes, AOS completed 26 July.

3. The alleged breach occurred during the hours of darkness. The images of the vehicle entering and leaving the location provided by the claimant are of such poor quality with the vehicle registration not visible, and therefore cannot be relied upon to positively identify the defendant’s vehicle in this case.
No images of the material signs stating terms alleged to have been breached have been provided by the claimant. The signs at the location are poorly lit, sparse, and cannot be reasonably expected to be noted by a driver.
On the date in question the payment app, whilst appearing to confirm payment for the stay, has failed, leaving the driver with no recourse when later discovering no payment was made.
Template defence plus the above.

Presumably an internal claim with no solicitors?
So don't be expecting them to drive from Liverpool to Cardiff for any hearing.
2 -
Yes internal claim.

CEL aren't physically based in Liverpool and the D is going to change her service address to Cheltenham but of course you are right, they'll discontinue in the end.
@BillyMorgan009
Remove 'has' before the word failed.And go and read the suggested paragraph 8, 9 and 10 complete changes, in the oldest thread you find when you search for posts by me including the word 'Leagrave'
Then - after the defence is safely showing as SUBMITTED - and maybe over the weekend, your gf must separately send an email to CNBC's claim responses email and cc in CEL's legal@ email (search the forum) saying that her address for service has changed to (full address and postcode) Cheltenham.
NOT 'care of ' you. Your name goes nowhere. She emails as if she's just moved:
subject line:URGENT: DEFENDANT'S SERVICE ADDRESS HAS CHANGED - CLAIM NO XXXXXXXXPRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
