Claim received from CEL. I have today completed the AOS on MCOL.

Off on hols tomorrow will start the admin of defence by the pool :-)

Chilled yes, because with yours and others' guidance in 2017 (I think) I beat UKCPM at court.

This is my girlfriend's PCN not mine, she was going to pay until I stepped in.

Car park is Llandarcy Academy Of Sport in Swansea. Circumstances, payment app error leading to payment unconfirmed. App appeared to confirm payment but afterwards apparent it was not.

Complained to landowner. Fobbed off. Appealed using standard template from newbies thread. No POPLA appeal. We have misplaced the original PCN but have the reminders and debt collection letters as well as the Letter Before Claim.

Use the usual template defence with your facts about the dodgy app in para 3.

Ideally change your address for service NOW to a trusted relative's address nowhere near Swansea because that court is awful. Do you have anyone in England who will definitely open post for you and alert you quickly? Somewhere you could attend a hearing, if it got that far?

They'll probably discontinue before that but Swansea (and Bristol) Courts are terrible recently.

The images provided by CEL from their ANPR cameras on the PCN reminder (as above we've misplaced original but can't imagine they were not the same) are very poor indeed. The vehicle registration cannot be made out clearly, frankly it's a struggle to even identify the make and colour of the vehicle as it was at night. Should this be added into the defence in Para 3 or elsewhere?

If the claim was posted to you in Cheltenham then no need to do anything because it'll go to your nearest court.

Apologies I should be being more clear...I, Billy, live in Cheltenham. The PCN is my girlfriend's, let's call her Billie, she lives in Swansea so the correspondence has all been to her.

If yes, she should defend as normal but then email the CNBC and CEL a couple of days later with a subject line:

URGENT: DEFENDANTS SERVICE ADDRESS HAS CHANGED - CLAIM NO XXXXXXXX
