It would seem that when I try to access this website from any browser it wont load unless I have TOR on. Thats using a lebara sim that uses the Vodaphone network. When I swap to a sim using the EE network it works no problem.

Would I be right in suggesting that Vodaphone is blocking the competion or is it something ive missed?

Maybe its a DNS lookup thing. Im on a Windows 11 pc. When im using the Lebara sim and I do a speed response test of 30 common DNS servers like Google etc when it gets to Plusnets servers

212.159.13.49 and 212.159.13.49 it just returns an error. So they must be blocked

The site www.plus.net loads for me on Vodafone broadband.

Whatever the problem is, it doesn't seem to be a Vodafone-level block.

(My mobiles are Spusu (EE) and iD (Three) so I can't check with a VF MVNO.)

Working fine for me on my Lebara sim android phone and a 5G connection! Reports secure in the samsung browser.

Can't be bothered to wifi hotspot to my laptop, to prove that would work as well.

Now working on mine so may have been an intermittent problem with the security certificate.
