It shows the DQ filled by claimant and then next paragraph DQ Sent to us the same day so must be on its way to us.
We never received the witness statement from our previous claims at this stage of the claim is that normal aswell.

It is for CEL claims, its just a generic WS, not the specific one that a court will order later
As the CNBC have already posted out your N180, Download it and follow the N180 step in the 8 steps you should be following ( dont wait for the paperwork to arrive. )

I'm surprised you haven't seen this early generic WS when you read any other in-house CEL claim from this year.
Their new legal chappy gets his team to send an early template WS to intimidate defendants into thinking CEL have a case and that can make weaker defendants (who don't know it's just a template letter) believe they have no chance.
If you'd read a few 2026 in-house CEL claim threads you'd also know what happens to all of them in the end… go on, search for the words in bold: read a few!
2026 only.

It does state on MCOL, DQ sent to you and DQ filled by claimant.
We have sent our DQ last Monday but it has not changed on MCOL does it mean they have not received it?
We did get a confirmation email from CCNBC to say we have sent something.
We did sent it twice as the first time it did not send the pdf but the 2nd time it defiantly did.
Please can you advise as today is the deadline so should i send again. Thanks

If you received the auto email response back, it's can take say 11 to 14 days before its logged on MCOL, so check again on Friday afternoon or next week, too early to say at the moment, depends on how busy they are and they don't work at weekends
If its not logged by the middle of next week, send it again with an email title, URGENT, UNPROCESSED DOCUMENTS plus the claim reference number
Do not leave it past the end next week, until its showing as logged
