Apologies; both for saying they were 'after me' and for starting a new thread on the matter. At the time I thought I hadn't recieved the NTK

At this point, I just ignore the bottom feeders and hope for the best?

i did however ring APCOA requesting the PCN's be re-issued, to which the Woman very helpfully said no, but I would like the NTK to see if their wording is legit

Also, does anyone in this forum pay for parking or just get the tickets and ignore them? 🤣

    as per the NEWBIE FAQ:

    "Changed address? - that's different

Email the data protection officers (on their website data privacy page) of both the parking firm and the debt crawler and tell them to ERASE THE OLD ADDRESS & only use the new one. Confirm the full new address in your email and use that word 'erase'."

is this above letter okay to send as an email? (reg and addressed redacted)

my risk of fear is being taken to court by which point these 6 letters will amount to a fortune.

If hell froze over, and they had a punt at a court claim for the first time ever you'd actually pay less. The £70 for each one is unenforceable for starters. You'd also have a mediation phone call and they'd settle for a couple of hundred quid total in all likelihood.

So send your email and relax.

"your explanation will not meet that criteria."

So does that mean you're advising i wouldn't stand a chance?

Re: the paying for parking, that was a poor taste joke, I've actually regularly paid to use that car park quite regularly and in fact for 3 of the dates listed I had paid for, just not within the grace period as the signal there is dreadful and my phone is very old.

I'm not trying to get out of paying for parking but if I has forgotten to pay I would rather pay the amount owed to the landowner rathr than being fined triple that amount by unregulated, predatory scum bags

    Please.just.ignore.them.!

I've been posting here for close to TWENTY YEARS and APCOA has never sued anyone.

You are not at appeal stage.

"fear is being taken to court by which point these 6 letters will amount to a fortune."

That's simply not true. Relax and IGNORE.

Obviously tell them if you move house, and come back here if ever they break the habit of a lifetime with a small claim.

    You have nothing to fear.

PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

You cannot pay the landowner that boat has sailed, and you do not have a "fine" you will not see that word on any paperwork it's just an invoice that a private company claim you owe them. But you have come here for help and the best advice has been given in the post above this one.😉

I wouldn't start any formal letter with "hello, I hope this finds you well…….." Sounds a bit like ChatGpt. Start it with "Dear Sir" and finish "yours faithfully".

So I missed the chance to appeal to both APCOA and POPLA, would you suggest complaining to SWR (landowner) or literally just not doing anything now?

I've sent them address erasure and update requests, I was going to email saying I hadn't recieved the NTK's and to reissue them knowing full well they won't but at least to have it on file.

I'm also trying to find any examples of complaints to local MP's
