Cityfibre, yes. Virgin are starting to roll it out in some locations, otherwise it's the altnets such as Hyperoptic, Community Fibre, YouFibre, Gigaclear, BeFibre & Hey! Broadband and LightSpeed if available.

It might be worth seeing if you're able to add the add-on for virgin media where they are able to have the same D/L and U/L speeds. its not available for my area but a little searching i found if was able to get it, my 1GB download and 100MB upload would be uplifted to 1GB Down and 1GB up for £5pm extra.
