So your partner can get 30 hours free childcare for the youngest and the elder one is in school.

Are you able to help with drop off or pick up and school holiday care? At the very least work out what you could provide and make a formal offer of that help. Rejecting it will not look good.

Obviously, one or other of you needs to drop off or pick up daily. Or do you have other family support?

This is your fourth post about your situation.

You have previously been advised to get legal advice.

    Have you done that yet?

That is the only way you will know what you are entitled to and will be able to counter any wrong suggestions made by your wife.

Get legal advice. You cannot afford not to.

I was about to say the same - this feels very much the same as the previous thread (except the ex has clearly wised up to the potential argument about being able to afford the mortgage, hence changing tact by suggesting she can afford the mortgage, if OP pays all of her other bills…).

Much of what has been said here was said on previous threads - I can't see many judges agreeing to the mother and her two children being able to stay in a 4 bed house, while simultaneously putting the father in a bedsit. Ideally both parents would be able to afford 3 bed properties where they share custody.

Unfortunately OP never gave us any numbers from what I can remember, and it seems despite the ex's consistent intransigence, the OP still has not taken any legal advice.
