Avoid Mozillion Mobile AT ALL COSTS, they are TERRIBLE
Firstly, I don't usually post on forums, however, as somebody who owns over 5 sim cards with Mozillion and have received nothing but terrible service and stupid replies from them(Especially Lennox)
I felt the need to create an account here and get the thread ranked on google and other search engines, just so that other people can see what they're getting themselves into buying a package with these guys.
I have taken action through OFCOM and the Ombudsman to be refunded for the terrible service and signal i've received - will update later on this as it progresses.
However, the main issue is the stupidity of the barely existing customer support.
Just one of my dialogues with Lennox @ Mozillion
On 30th June, I emailed Mozillion asking them to upgrade my 1GB plan and 3GB plan, after receiving a reply with pricing, I emailed back saying I would like to pay the fee if you can add the cost to my basket
2nd July : Low-IQ-Lennox “Do you want payment links to make payment”
My Reply : "Yes of course I want the payment links, that's what I asked in my original email"
8th July - Low-IQ-Lennox : "Can you confirm you would like to upgrade both of the plans"
My Reply : "Once AGAIN!- Yes of course, thats what I asked in my original email"
10th July – Low-IQ-Lennox : “Sends payment links and asks me to confirm”
My Reply : “Lennox Ive paid for the 1GB link and the 3GB link you sent”
11th July – Low-IQ-Lennox : “Sorry for inconvenience, can you confirm the phone numbers for the 1GB and 3GB plan”
My Reply : “I only have one 1GB plan, and one 3GB plan, which you actually created payment links for, therefore you know precisely which plans to action”
This is a Typical Customer Service interaction with Mozillion, Takes over 2 weeks of back and forward email to do something simple.
After failing at school, Lennox Achieved the customer service role at Mozillion

Is also derogatory towards a named employee of Mozillion.
Interesting that you find time to be rude about an employee, and deride the company that they work for, but you are trying to upgrade and continue your relationship with them?
They must be doing something right for you to have "more than 5" SIMs with them.

As someone with only one phone SIM card and a 30 day rolling "non contract" deal with 1p Mobile, I cannot understand why someone would end up with 5 SIM cards from what they say is such a terrible company. If 1p gave me grief, it would only take a couple of minutes to obtain a PAC and take my business to another company…
Mozillion looks "OK" to some extent, and their 30 day SIM prices aren't bad, although I notice:
EU roaming includes local landline and mobile calls and texts, within the same country only
Which is a bit odd, as I like to be able to phone home when overseas in the EU.
Like flaneurs mentioned, no need to be so rude about an employee. Take your business elsewhere and move on.
