The timings line up perfectly with me visiting before work and after work, I have bank statements showing 2 purchases at the store along with me collecting a parcel from the argos in store. I also have messages with my partner on that day where we discuss me going back there to get fuel, collect the parcel and to do another shop."

Firstly:

• read the news last week about the CMA investigating Euro Car Parks, and
• read the Open Letter they sent to the whole industry, so you know the sort of phrases to use about lack of good faith, etc., then
• email your evidence to the CMA and also to the ICO.
