    UKPC have requested proof of address following on from the email to DPO. How should I respond please?

    Give them suitable proof, under data protection, perfectly normal

    Add a copy of your V5c, plus redacted copies of 2 recent utility bills or bank statements or similar

    I would have attached them before emailing the DPO

    No, he should reply stating his address for service is his son's (daughters?) address because post is unreliable to his home. Tell them, as a matter of UK law, he is entitled to use an address where he can reasonably be reached, and this is it.

    He can attach a bill in your name but he doesn't have to live there!
