Having trouble signing into O2

Hi guys

Are any of you haveing trouble signing into O2 i just managed to get into O2 from my phone but i cannot get in though the website from my computer keep getting the same message

Instead:Use a device you've signed in on before .Try again from a familiar connection

If you're on a VPN, switch it off and have another go

Tried different email addresses which are reistered O2 Virgin b ut get the same message everytime.

Even used my sons email because he has the full works with then broadband, telephone, tv

But still get the sme message….Really strange.

Not been able to get on there for over a week now its like i'm being blocked for some reason.

Sorry for the cliched response, but have you tried a different browser, preferably one with no add-ons or extensions.

Virgin/O2 have tried to create a common login to their back-end systems and it's a shambles.

Since they changed to 02 I have never been able to sign in to my VM account since August last year. Several times try to get them to fix it just goes round and round.

Yeah tried different browsers turned off all blockers never had any problems until virgin joint them
