No, not making any assumptions about citizenship. I'm not convinced this is actually leading anywhere useful though - you gave the impression that you were reluctant to return home specifically because of the FCDO's advice, rather than, say, because you personally don't consider it safe, so I was trying to emphasise that those are different reasons and the former might not necessarily apply.
