Online order stuck in transit

I had a check on Mick Garage site and there is a section in the delivery faq part that mentions orders that may be liable to customs and that is outside their control so as your order comes from Ireland it could be at Customs and they want paying if it's over a certain amount.

Ok thanks - i raised the delayed delivery with Micks Garage and they never said anything about customs and have now asked for them to cancel the order and issue a refund.

One month after ordering and the item still hasn't arrived.

Two weeks ago i asked for a refund and was informed they could not refund me and the quickest way would be for me to reject the parcel on delivery - not sure what to do now as who know when it will be delivered. If its left outside my house on delivery i can not reject it and would then have to pay to send it back.

Any advice as it s a month since my order was placed?

Thanks - i ended up ordering a difference set of bars via Roofbox as i needed them for our holiday.

Paid via bank account.

They have finally agreed to refund me though so just waiting for that to arrive back in my account.
