Have you posted on the FTLA forum yet? Your questions above are wholly appropriate to that forum. You’ll get your answers there.

Again - my question (above), how is UK Parking Control involved in your case?

Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .

I provide only my personal opinion, it is not a legal opinion, it is simply a personal one. I am not a lawyer.

It's not a court as such, but it's part of Northampton county court complex. There is no "take me to court" - YOU had the opportunity to take it to the Traffic Penalty Tribunal earlier on.

Once it reaches the Enforcement Centre it becomes a rubber stamping exercise inside an office, although you can try to get it wound back by filing in a Statutory Declaration for things like you never received anything in the post.

But you need to go here https://www.ftla.uk/civil-penalty-charge-notices-%28councils-tfl-and-so-on%29/

This forum is for private parking invoices, not council penalties.

dont really want to be posting that letter unredacted

TEC is and administrative unit within the County Court and it does issue County Court orders and so is warrant. Writs are issued by the High Court not the County court

Have you asked over on FTLA yet? You were pointed there by a couple of posters.

Yes it is a real court, but one that you can only communicate with using specific forms.

Google "statutory declaration forms traffic" and read the AI overview.
