RWG still have an option to top up, without purchasing a monthly bundle. You just been to send a text or make a chargeable call every 180 days.

O2 classic 321 has eSIM. But you need to go to the shop to swap it.
They do give me £5 credit when I rang CS to register online account. It was in Apr or May when I did it.

According to AI
How to Swap Your O2 PAYG eSIM
O2 doesn't offer a self-serve option for existing PAYG customers to switch directly online, so you will need to take the following steps: [1, 2]
- Visit an O2 Store: The quickest and most reliable method is to drop into your nearest O2 Store. Make sure to bring a valid photo ID (like a passport or driving licence) so a representative can issue you a new eSIM profile and transfer your existing mobile number. [1]
- Contact O2 Support: Alternatively, you can request a replacement by calling O2 Customer Service. They will ask you some security questions and can then set up a new eSIM for you. [1]
- Install the New Profile: Once you have your new QR code or activation instructions, you can download the eSIM onto your device. Ensure you are connected to Wi-Fi, go to your phone's settings, and tap Add Mobile Plan or Download a new eSIM to scan your new QR code
