Does anyone know the estimated finish time for Barclay's making their improvements?

I have been having a lot of problems with the Barclays banking app, but apart from recently I've had no problems starting a live chat with them. I have noticed the technical issues banner at the top though. My account is an Amazon Barclays credit card so not sure if that makes a difference? I also notice there are two apps from Barclays which are pretty much identical - very confusing!
