I assume that you mean submitted ( on MCOL ) not "sent off" , which implies posted
The next steps are already listed in the 8 steps in the 1st post in the defence template thread in announcements near the top of the forum

"what are my next steps"
…apart from the 8 steps you are following?

@coupon mad i appreciate your help but it would be good if you took a step back and looked how this is for someone new and not fully versed in this sort of thing, as it is not the easiest of instructions for someone new.
i understand you most likely do this and it becomes repetitive but for us its very new

I realise that (we put our time into this daily, because we know it's sorely needed and people are new and anxious when they get a Claim Form) but the two reasons for the 8 steps in the Template Defence thread are:
- to make it very easy for defendants who need it broken down into easy steps, and
- to protect our time so we can cope with the volume of cases and that means we are free enough to reply quickly when people need us (which isn't once the defence is in. All the steps are there already).
I had already advised "
Please just do what the Template Defence walks you through"Anyway, CEL will likely discontinue in the end, so we'll see you in 6 months or so, when they do!

Yes keep your eye on it, because you have only just started the first half, and only a couple of steps in
No you don't forget about it, you research other cases, BUT more importantly, you follow the rest of those 8 steps until the first half at the CNBC in Northampton and Mediation service are completed
The 2nd half kicks off at your local nominated civil court, near you, where you follow the advice in the 2nd post in the newbies sticky thread in announcements near the top of the forum by coupon mad, which helps you through that second half at a different venue
So you definitely do not "forget about it "
