Storage on my phone

The A20e is end of life so gets no security updates. Advice would be to purchase a new phone if that is possible.

It's worth remembering that when you bought the phone the model was already over three years old and it was very much a budget model. I'm actually surprised it has lasted as long as it has.
Remember what Martin says, you need to factor in the total cost of ownership over the life of the product and not just the selling price. Phones are one thing where paying a bit more at the start means you get a longer life, with less time sorting out problems when things become outdated more quickly.

I guess cache is just cookies? If so, I've hada good clear out and it's freed up about 10% so thanks for that 🙂

Facebook tends to swell in size to about 5gb. Could you remove and then access via the web browser instead?

Hello again, took your advice and had a look at upgrades. Argos were selling the Galaxy A17 for £140 so that seemed reasonable. Bought it but reluctant to open the packaging until I hear from you guys. I see it's only 4G but I don't think i need 5G for a few years. My main problem was storage so do you think this new phone will be OK. Remember my current phone only has 32GB and this has 128GB. Thankyou!

EE have it for £20 less
Wouldn't worry about 5G, can help if you struggle to get a decent signal in crowded areas.
The storage should see you right for a while, but it's amazing how you always manage to fill these things up eventually. Apps are definitely increasing in size year-on-year. Be ruthless on culling unwanted apps, photos, videos etc.

It's your call on the 5G, personally I wouldn't be without it. You can get a 5G version for just a tenner more on Amazon. That said, nothing wrong with the one you bought and it should serve you well. Storage shouldn't be a problem as it has a micro SD card slot which can give up to 2TB of extra storage.
