Parcel Force Label recommendations

Hi

We have set up a small business selling a small number of high value items. We will probably be selling 300 to 400 parcels per year. The items come ready boxed so we are just going to print the postage label and stick it on.

Does anyone have any recommendations for good labels that print well and stick. I don’t want to buy some and find them rubbish.

many thanks

How are you going to print them ? What size labels ?

But how ? Laser, inkjet, thermal ?

What format do you want the label in - single, fanfold, mutiple to a sheet ?

sorry we just have a ink jet type printer. Not sure if it’s worth getting a label printer for 400-500 a year.

I sell on Etsy. I would recommend a label printer, it's just so much quicker. I have a Brother QL-1100 that i got second hand on eBay for about £100.

On Vinted FB groups many people are having success with some quite cheap Chinese import label printers. I still use my Zebra printer that I got from RM about 18 years ago for round £150. I suspect though that it might be coming up for replacement soon unfortunately.

I have 6x4 fanfold labels I got off Ebay and use them separated and stacked in an ink jet printer. I have seen many of them "as received" at the other end and they are still stuck down and no runny print.

gp printer gp-1324d, like a Zebra but half the price. Sometimes throws a hissy fit wasting 1 or 2 labels, but well worth the money.
