Update:
Court was today, waited 2 hours to go in which absolutely killed me. Was in the room for 4 minuites. Judge threw out there evidence for being supplied late. Granted it was a joke they tried doing all this for 2 mins without a blue badge.
Awarded me £98.16 in costs (day off work @ 95 capped and mileage) Didnt entertain other costs but nice and easy.
