Yes Company Name, your e-mail address. But for the Appeal Reason DO NOT use the one you have chosen. That says you are the Driver! Use a reason without "I", "me" etc. Probably use "Other" as the reason.

Thank you. Regarding the payment on checkout, I have added this section to the body:

Furthermore, ABC Company has been provided with evidence that parking for the vehicle was paid for upon checkout from the hotel, in accordance with the instructions given by hotel staff. It is understood that hotel staff advised that guests were permitted to enter and leave the site as required during their stay and that parking charges could be settled upon checkout. A receipt confirming payment for parking upon departure from the hotel is available and will be relied upon as evidence that payment was made in accordance with the instructions provided by the hotel.

Just got a reply today. Thank you everyone.😊

Thank you for your recent correspondence regarding the above Parking Charge, which we have reviewed.

After further investigation, we have identified that payment for parking does not cover the full duration of your vehicle's stay.

We recognise that payment was made, but not for the correct duration of stay.

Please ensure on future visits payment for parking is made for the correct duration of stay in the car park, to prevent receiving further Parking Charges.

I can confirm as a gesture of goodwill the Parking Charge has now been cancelled and no further action will be taken in this matter.

Please note further Parking Charges may not be cancelled.
