Parking Charge to pay or not to pay

Ok so it's for The Trafford Centre and it's at Regent 1 & 2.

We need to see an actual photo of both sides of the NTK please, not just the wording pasted into in a reply. Back page too please.

Please kindly let me know if I've failed to redact anything personally identifyable or if you need me to 'unredact' times.

Do nothing with this one

Thanks for your thoughts. Curious how you can so confidently state that?
@Coupon-Mad - I'd be interested in hearing your opinion as I notice that in your signature it says
PRIVATE 'PCN'?DON'TPAY BUTDON'TIGNORE IT (except N.Ireland)Contrary to ChirpyChicken.

I agree with @ChirpyChicken and @Car1980 on this one, as this firm are such a tadpole in a biiiiig pond!
Nothing happens with their 'PCNs'.
Only an idiot would pay.
Ignore it and the laughable £170 threatograms (don't post about those please; we never need to see them. Look at the pictures of the daft demands in post 4 of the NEWBIES thread).
The other alternative is go get photos to prove how very poor the signs are, especially areas with no sign, and the entrance.
Very poor signage can win at POPLA.
That NTK is POFA compliant, so no reason to hide who was driving.
And it's proof that large retail sites like the Trafford Centre CAN run on a £50/£25 PCN level. I'd like to see the signs (and lack of).

Thank you @Coupon-mad.
One thing is certain here, I'll do whatever it takes not to lose to this one as I've lost too much to parking tickets over the years and I've had enough. One time I just didn't buy a ticket, probably shouldn't have paid the company the fine. But I'll make up for it this time by not paying this one.
So you think checking the signage is the next best step then appeal through POPLA directly?

Bumping and seeking a little bit more guidance here.
Feel as if I'm at a fork in the road whereby I can either start appealing (who?) but also fear this could be risky by embroiling myself further into it. Verses ignoring totally. Seems like some of the advice on this thread is a total ignore approach. Is that right? Is that the preferred tac here? And which point would I need to take any letters seriously? I get to ignore those 'threatograms' but is there any point where I could be taken to court and if so am I basically cooked or is there enough confidence here that it wouldn't get to this?

Advice hasn't changed.
Nothing happens with their 'PCNs'.
Only an idiot would pay. You can safely ignore it and the laughable £170 threatograms (don't post about those please; we never need to see them. Look at the pictures of the daft demands in post 4 of the NEWBIES thread).
The other alternative is go get photos to prove how very poor the signs are, especially areas with no sign, and the entrance.

Can you get pics?

Thanks for your reply.
I am almost reluctant to do any appeal because I don't feel I should have to hence why I was trying to see if you think it's equally valid just to completely ignore everything. And you seem to be suggesting this but at the time same are recommending the appeal. Are both approaches equally valid or am I right in sensing that you are implying a slight preference for the appeal approach?
N.b. I just read it again and saw that you said I can safely ignore it.
I can get pics but not for another few weeks.
